Garrison Women's Health

An Established Brand’s Rebirth

Creating and supporting a modern women’s health center’s brand.

Garrison Women’s Health (GWH), a woman’s health center established in 1962, was ahead of its time in caring for women... but its brand’s image was still stuck in the ‘60s. The health center turned to Calypso to create a new brand the employees could feel more connected to, and that captured the practice’s vibrant personality, welcoming nature, and industry expertise.

Collaborating to create a meaningful new identity.

Calypso conducted several meetings with internal stakeholders at Garrison to get an in-depth understanding of the organization, its mission, and its people. Through a collaborative process, we created a new visual identity that both represents the practice as a protective, safe place to receive care and speaks to how it supports women throughout all stages of life. This new, vibrant identity was then carried through every touch point of the organization, from stationery to building signage (and even branded condoms!).

Sending the new baby into the world.

On the heels of an enthusiastic response to the new brand from patients and the local community, we launched a brand awareness campaign to get more eyeballs on the new identity and bring new patients into the practice. This involved everything from creating and managing a series of targeted Facebook ads, to writing and recording a 30-second ad that ran on Pandora and local radio stations. As long-standing partners, we continue to see exciting results.
